Whaddup Slavik, 1) Who is the one that categorizes emotions as positive or negative, can you get to know her/him? 2) Who is the one that fears death, can you get to know him/her? 3) Who is the one that wants to connect things that remain a total mystery in therapy, can you get to know him/her? Talk about a one trick pony, that's all I got, Papi Chulo. All the best to you.

Is it okay to have compartmentalized relationships?
Stephen C replied to Alice Amell's topic in Self Knowledge
Does isolation appeal to you? It sounds like this therapist is talking about her/himself. Personally, I might check to see if she/he knows that or not. If the therapist cannot see how this is the case I would look for a therapist that can provide me with therapy. -
I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble affording therapy sessions at the moment.I've found this website to be a great source of helpful content https://personal-growth-programs.com/ There are some useful books available with exercises that you can do on your own. This is another website that might be useful to you http://sfhelp.org/ Another thing that comes to mind is that it's possible to schedule therapy sessions as often as you can afford, once every two weeks, once a month, etc. You can also let the therapist you would like to work with know about your financial situation and see if they are able to negotiate a price that fits in your budget. I hope all goes well, Shane.

I read this post, as you requested, MsHidden. It makes sense to me, of course. Thank you for sharing your thoughts. -
I gotta watch this so I can figure out how to deal with you. <3Whoops, and myself.

It could be worth asking the people that down voted you why they did so, maybe they can help you out. If they can't or won't help with care, then just keep doing what you're doing. Love yourself the entire time you're doing it.

I feel light reading that and there's a smile on my face. Thank you for sharing, Joel. That's beautiful.

I think I can understand the sadness some. I wonder how you would respond to what the sadness is conveying.

Thank you for sharing your experience listening to this piece, Joel. I imagine you do know why you felt sadness. I wonder what the sadness you felt would say if it could speak. It was written for me in that I am the authors friend and will continue to be as long as the monster doesn't defeat us, which I doubt it ever will.
