Werepugs! You can find some pages here. Pugs shape-shift into homicidal little-people during the full moon. Not philosophical? No. But the pugs represent two children with a neglectful, drunk mom. The shape-shifting represents the new found power of puberty. While the homicide is rage at their seemingly helpless situation. I've attached page one.

I was driving and didn't remember it. It was either episode 2967 or 2969. Stef said he was reading it to his daughter and it had a positive message about good females.

@dsayers: Thanks for replying! I should edit the post to make it clear that I am the cartoonist and this forum is the first place the comic has been seen. I just finished it this morning. I agree that it is an inferior argument but I think it may have some positive effect, if people see the comic. Sorry to hear that your dad acts so dumbfounded. @Josh F: Thanks!
