How you "came out" as an atheist to religious family.
jonagelle replied to annadios's topic in Atheism and Religion
You must not be athiest. All people are having their own challenges, yours is your sickness. You must be strong with your trial. You must not give up. Being a christian is your solution to your problem. You must believe in God so that you will be guided and find more happiness in what you do. If you have faith you will be blessed. All life has ups and downs. You must overcome all challenges that you take. You will find comfort in God's guidance. You must stay faithful to Him. And you will have a happy life. Do good things, attend church events, and whatever situations you encounter you must do good. Love God inspite all the difficulties that was given to you. Having a mental disorder must not be your excuse of going away from God. Nathanael King is a Clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP practitioner and weight loss & nutritional therapist. Seeing Enemies in the Company of Mutual Friends
jonagelle replied to MysterionMuffles's topic in Miscellaneous
Attend the party and do not mind your enemy. It is not good to have an enemy. Enjoy the party. Don't let an enemy to disrupt the happiness you will get. Socialize well. Talk with your friends. You get benefit from this. You are comforted and get fun. You relieve stress. As you must not be stress. Stress is the cause of anxiety. And a too much anxiety may lead to panic attack. So comfort yourself. Be happy in the event. Stay with your good friends and do not make a brawl on enemies. Don't mind them. Let them stay what they want in their life. Imagine they didn't attend the party. Don't be affected with that. It is just nothing. The more you focus in your enemies the more you destroy the day. So don't be affected with him. Panic attack is caused by too much fear. Fear happens when the adrenal glands secrete adrenal hormone which is adrenaline. Stress is the cause of panic attack. Fear and tense causes panic attack. So you must rest. Have enough sleep. This is a form of rest. Surround yourself with happy things and happy thoughts. Do activities that will make you happy. Get yourself busy with the hobbies that you like. Control your panic attack. As anxiety is not because of genetics but for biological and environmental reason. So you must control it. It is possible. If you want to live normal life. Tell your brain that it must control itself. Other strategies are to raise your muscle and tense it upward. Raise it in one area. Pull down your hat, cover yourself with blanket or quit, stay in the shadows for a while, and button up your jacket. Family situations that lead to Anarchism/Libertarianism
jonagelle replied to gwho's topic in Self Knowledge
Yes correct. That whatever environment he is from, he will bring it to his adulthood. It may be develop, improve, or change in a negative way. So it best to mold a child positively and make use of his childhood stage where he must learn much of good things. He must be molded while on his early life. So the environment where he lives must be safe, a good influence, and helpful to him. Let him experience life to its greatest so that he will grow into a better person. Let him build good values in himself. Let he grow with the initiative to make changes if there is a need to. Let him express what he has in mind or what he feels. Nourish him as a better person. Acknowledge him of what is good and what is bad. Nathanael King is a Clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP practitioner and weight loss & nutritional therapist. Question about an interaction with my therapist
jonagelle replied to Gnostiphile's topic in Self Knowledge
She may be correct and may also be wrong. But what she tells is opinion. There is no wrong or right opinion. It does not have factual basis that you should core into. What she said is not scientific it is opinion. She is trying to comfort you so that you feel belong, supported and protected. So that you will feel comfortable. That may be close to your family that whatever you need you can easily approach your family. And that there is no gap among you. She tries to make you believe that you have a good support. That whatever you need you are able to meet. She is trying to comfort you so that you will feel comfortable and relax. As relaxation is what you need. You must not be stress or else you sickness will be triggered to occur again. Nathanael King is a Clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP practitioner and weight loss & nutritional therapist. Let him rest. Maybe there is something that irritates him. let him away with these things that irritates. Maybe he wants something sto say but cannot convey so you must comprehend what it is and provide him what he needs if necessary. Do not overdo to spoil him. Let him relax maybe he is tired. let him sleep the enough hours of sleep. let him eat so he will be in the mood. Let him play what he likes. let him do what he likes. Join with his play so he will be entertained and enjoy. Let him do what interest him. Anything that makes him happy, let it be. Do not stress him. He needs a lot of rest so he will not make tantrums. Talk to him, be close to him so he can easily approach you. Nathanael King is a Clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP practitioner and weight loss & nutritional therapist.
