I am looking for someone with a professional presence, good phone voice, communication skills, and an understanding of basic psychology to train in an open sales position at a company centered around the HR industry (recruitment/selection as well as HR-focused software). Enthusiasm, dedication, and acumen is more important than sales experience - training and coaching will be provided over a two week period. This will involve reading some good sales books, script writing/testing, and role playing. This is an ongoing full time paid position, salary + commissions. Work from home as long as you have a stable broadband internet connection and a quiet space to work from. Please list any languages in which you're fluent, as though this position is focused on English-speaking countries, we do have an international presence as well.
