I have questions regarding economic and urban devolpment in developing countries with extremely large incoming working populations like India and African countries. I want to be able to advocate as much private industry for infrastructure development as possible and I feel that Stefan and other anarcho-capitalists will be able to help with my arguments. Any thoughts? How can a city develop and grow economically without the state enforcing eminent domain?
India also has rapid growth for their young population. The current road and housing infrastructure in cities cannot sustain this kind of growth. Some of the largest slum villages in the world are in India such as Dharavi which lies in the outskirts of Mumbai. Mumbai will not be able to support the incoming population and thrive economically unless they expand and develop a centrally planned infrastructue. It seems that a government action must be implemented in this situation. Thoughts?
