When creating the pamphlet I definitely had that in mind. It was just a little frightening; there's a lot of important information on the subject and I was unsure of where to begin. What would grab the common person's interest? What would encourage them to continue reading throughout the entire pamphlet? An intro to an intro pamphlet? Haha. "Peaceful parenting. It's good for the soul homie." Followed by a giant peace sign! I'll put some thought into it! Thank you so much for your feedback and your friend's feedback! I understand where you're coming from. I heard that raising a child without a structure in a household is far worse than physically abusing the child. This doesn't effectively prepare the child for the outside world or to help them understand right from wrong. There's this dichotomy in people's minds that it's either you HAVE to discipline them with physical measures or you just let the child do whatever he or she pleases. Of course, allowing them to do whatever they desire doesn't teach them any boundaries and especially doesn't teach them what's of most importance: Empathy. Peaceful parenting is treating the child sort of like a rational adult that has stumbled upon the unknown. We guide them, patiently. How would we feel if we had no control over our environment and surroundings and weren't particularly verbally fluent? Once we can empathize with the child that that is very frustrating, that's just one step! Learning peaceful parenting for me was just like being introduced to Austrian economics for the first time. It was such a bizarre idea in contrast to popular belief. Y'know?

Yes. You certainly may mass print these out; that's what they're for! Ah! Thank you very much for your feedback by the way. Whenever i've got the time i'll make some changes. I do like the way "It teaches them to avoid being caught 'Misbehaving'" sounds, it's more fluid.

Finally was able to find time to convert it into a PDF format. Here it is for anyone interested. Would love to hear all your feedback, thank you! -Zaccheus Peaceful parenting pamphlet.pdf

Hello everyone! I had this idea the other day that I could create a pamphlet that I could print out and anonymously distribute throughout my community. I have created a rough draft and was wondering what you guys think? The problem is the paper needed to print the paper fully requires an 8x14 piece of paper. My librarian had a stack and was able to provide me with some. If you guys live in apartment complexes this could be easily dispensed and I was even thinking of going to the local churches to post a couple as well. Unfortunately it is not allowing me to attach the file but I can certainly send it to you through email. Send me your email address through message and i'll send it over! Or email me at [email protected]

Hello everyone! Sorry for the incredibly late reply but I did manage to create the pamphlet! Unfortunately, it is on a Microsoft publisher program and it is not allowing me to post it on this site which is incredibly frustrating. Is there any thing else that i'd be able to do?

I actually started sobbing near the end. It was cool to see how they showed how memories are stored, integrated and tossed out along with other things. Some parts I would obviously disagree with (Like the stereotypical argument between the family) but other then that I enjoyed it

Hello everybody! I have recently discovered this book browsing through amazon because of my interest in nutrition. I was definitely not expecting its content. Basically, the author Dr. Campbell advocates a WFPB (Whole food plant-based) diet. I haven't gotten into his prior book "The China Study" but essentially he describes that consuming animal meat and dairy is correlated to the development of cancer in the body. He also contends that eating said meat and dairy is also linked to other fatal diseases such as stroke and heart disease. He also commits to saying that the medical community is focused more on reaction than prevention, That we need to take a "wholistic" approach to the problem and that approach is to radically change our diet. Dr. Campbell proceeds to provide evidence that during his research, he observed that when rats were injected with a cancer causing compound and were given a consistent 20% animal protein, the cancer proliferated. In contrast to the rats that were given a dramatically lower concentration of 5% protein the cancer appeared to have stopped and some even reversed in nature! He continues to go into the science behind it all, but that is the main point. The WFPB diet has also been tested on humans and it has shown to stop cancer! This is just astonishing and astounding and i'm surprised I haven't heard about this until now. Aside from that, i'm having thoughts on becoming vegan/vegetarian now. I heard that there are plenty of salutary effects it has on the individual. There are definitely a lot of essential nutrients i'm missing out on from skipping out on my brocoli, beans and nuts. The book also goes into a myriad of subjects such as DNA, enzymes, reductionist philosophy, the scientific method, etc. It's a mind blowing read; would highly recommend to you all.

I just want to share my gratitude to FDR and what it has provided for me. It has given me the neccessary tools on becoming an autonomous individual and also a leader. Just today I found out they had promoted me to becoming a lead shift officer. Prior to discovering FDR, I was timid and subservient to power. However, now i'm able to express my needs and desires fluidly and I have developed enough confidence to receive this promotion. (Also when I say officer I mean a security officer at an airport) anyways! Major thanks to Stefan Molyneux! If anyone could could recommend any podcasts about leadership skills and how to become a great leader of some sorts, that would be incredibly useful. Thank you for your support and help everyone! :]

Hello everyone! I just had a bewildering idea occur to me as I was reading "The body never lies" by Alice miller. So as I was reading and I heard some screaming from a woman and the wailings of a baby downstairs. (I live in an upstairs apartment.) and I thought about approaches I could make.. But then I asked myself: "What if I don't have to approach them?" So my idea is that if there was a pamphlet available going into very evocative detail about the very horrors of child abuse, I could anonymously post it on my neighbors door and throughout the plaza. Then perhaps continue to do so on my college campus and other heavily populated areas. Then at the bottom of said pamphlet it could urge the reader to visit freedomainradio or nospankdotnet. I am unfortunately not the best designer of pamplets nor do I have the photoshopping abilities to pursue such a task.. What do you think? A good idea? It could help spread the ideas around!

I just thought of something pretty interesting. I don't have the camera, editing skills or even acting skills to possibly conduct such an experiment so I thought i'd throw This out there. I saw a video by a FDR member on: "Couple reasons to spank you wife." And then I thought, "What if we were able to create a visual like this but with DRO's?" And you know, just a group of people making some video's on how DRO's would be viable in a stateless society! It could be fun and entertaining and it would get people to think that "Hey, maybe an Anarchistic society isn't just explosions and destruction!" What do you guys think? I would endeavor this with some pals but I'm sure you can assume that "Wait, who's got friends that are into anarchy?!"
