1. That was me you were talking about that said that about traveling and such then having 4 kids. 2. I think the right woman will be available to me. I have dated some awesome women that if I had been married already, it wouldn't have been the worst decision of my life. That being said, if I don't, I will probably have a small harem of lower SMV women. I am financially well off, so I could keep a household of 3 or 4 women easily. Not the worst life.

They really need to be well funded until they become very established. They need walls and security guards and systems. -

My bad. I got a notification and assumed it was you (and I think it was undone). What do you think about the cities? -
High IQ but struggle to understand concepts and ideas
smarterthanone replied to Crusader1986's topic in General Messages
I have a high IQ and sometimes basic things go over my head. Usually if I find it boring, or if it is explained in a non logical way I just won't understand it at all. For example: I posted a topic asking about a concept on here, mainly because I couldn't find a simple explanation via Google. As soon as I got the simple explanation it was an easy concept to understand. But when I was looking at articles that were like 20 pages long of science jargon I just couldn't concentrate on it enough to realize how simple it was. Doesn't mean anything is wrong with me, its just my other characteristics overrode my raw IQ (mainly interest in the subject and commitment of effort to solving the problem). -
This. I don't understand why he calls it creepy. Younger women absolutely love older, established men. It's not like you have to hunt them down. Nor do you have to 'buy' them like some sugar daddy nonsense. They like stable, successful, serious, experienced men, is there a reason why they shouldn't?

Can someone explain regression to the mean for IQ?
smarterthanone replied to smarterthanone's topic in Science & Technology
Well actually it wouldn't. 140/145 has a better chance of having a higher IQ than a 120/145 (whatever yours is), although only marginally. I guess on a group level its possible, depending on the members of the group but nobody around here actually believes in Central Planning do they? If they did, logically it would make sense for me to impregnate a large portion out of all the women. -
My girlfriend is a feminist
smarterthanone replied to Druid's topic in Men's Issues, Feminism and Gender
Thank you for recognizing! Regarding spanking her, get her permission. See more below. Their incentive to change their behavior is you. If you are a high SMV male, women will do literally anything to stay in your favor... including giving you permission to spank them and giving up feminism... and they will readily thank you afterwards for turning them into the 1950s style conservative house wife of your dreams. -
Does debt matter? Will debt ever matter?
smarterthanone replied to Angrywoodchucksblog's topic in General Messages
There is good debt and there is bad debt. Good debt provides a return greater than the cost of the debt. Bad debt does not. If the government used debt from China at 4% interest to lend to businesses that made 10%+ returns then it would be good debt. We couldn't have enough of it! But the government never provides more value than it takes so really it borrows money at 4% interest and uses it on things that provide 0-2% return like environmental laws, entitlements, etc all have 0% return for example. So bad debt. -
If you want to be an entrepreneur, don't get a degree. If you want to work for a company, get a degree by going to the cheapest schools you can manage (ie community college -> state school). Now if you want to work for a company but in a very competitive field, still go to the cheapest schools BUT go to the big name top school for your highest degree, either masters or doctorate.

My girlfriend is a feminist
smarterthanone replied to Druid's topic in Men's Issues, Feminism and Gender
Studies show women believe whatever the strong man in their life believes... father, husband, mentor, etc. Just be the strong man in her life and tell her she is wrong. Most of these feminists only have weak beta males in their life so their hysteria gets free reign. My girlfriend is a feminist, yet she believes her place is naked and pregnant in my kitchen (or bed). Doesn't matter to me how she justifies it to herself. Now if only the other feminists would learn! -
Free private Cities
smarterthanone replied to Goldenages's topic in Libertarianism, Anarchism and Economics
Thanks for down voting me @Goldenages, simply for disagreeing with your post. No country anywhere would ever give up any part or portion of its sovereignty. Concept as stated (legal) is dead on arrival. Now you could only allow people in who you test and who completely fit your ideology. Then you can trust they will follow the "purpose" of the city. Rules, be productive, etc. Or you could reward and punish people via illegal eviction, or other illegal means. But as soon as they run off to the country police you are in trouble. Also, how will you avoid taxes? You can't, not legally anyway. On a very small level barter or some kind of non currency exchange would work, but technically you are responsible for paying taxes on barter. So the individual person is probably safe from tax collection but if you are facilitating it for a whole city, you are going to get thrown in the slammer. This is the major reason why I don't think this can legally be done. Now illegally, yes. Absolutely. I plan on doing this myself. Not in such a way to break the law but none of the contracts are legally enforceable. It will rely on social ostracism alone to enforce the contracts. -

Cannot be done legally in any place other than like Somalia. It can be done illegally but good luck finding investors for that. I am planning to build my own soon actually but it will be done via illegal contracts. -
My girlfriend is a feminist
smarterthanone replied to Druid's topic in Men's Issues, Feminism and Gender
If my girlfriend started a fight about feminism I would either just laugh at her and keep watching TV. If she was literally screaming in my face or something I would either pick her up and put her over my knee and spank her or I would leave and not come back until she contacted me and apologized. Never play into female hysteria. Ever. -
Economic automation and it's effects.
smarterthanone replied to Aquilar's topic in Science & Technology
Capital and workers are just the same as goods. If workers or capital move from one country to another then the comparative advantages change. Money is a product. Workers are no different than capital goods. Also, this is also Macro country level. On a micro level its always better. Since nobody here is claiming to be The Master Planner and control all production of every product, macro level is irrelevant. It is only good for demonstrating the idea. On a micro level it never fails. 1. It is always more profitable for a company to buy the cheapest (of comparable quality) supplies. 2. It is always better for consumers to buy cheaper (of comparable quality) products. 3. It is always better for job seekers to have the highest level and paying jobs available. (Unless they are morons, then its better for them if we had stone age economies but lets just assume average people for now) All three of these are maximized by completely free exchange of ideas, capital, workers, products. -

Country A makes cars efficently Country A makes shoes inefficiently Country B makes cars inefficiently Country B makes shoes efficiently Its much better for A to buy shoes from B and B to buy cars from A. Now say A is the most efficient at both shoes and cars. B is only decent at shoes and terrible at cars. Well A should buy cars first from itself at max capacity, then buy shoes from itself as much as it can provide. If its short it should buy shoes from B. While B should buy cars from A and shoes from A if ever available and then shoes from B itself for remaining needs. This will always produce more overall economic value, every time. -
Can someone explain regression to the mean for IQ?
smarterthanone replied to smarterthanone's topic in Science & Technology
I have taken multiple IQ tests in many different settings including under trained professionals and score usually between 138-142. This was her first time taking Stanford Binet and got 145. She murders me at scrabble and anything like word puzzles and such. But when it comes to math I am very talented and am very successful at financial modeling. So it seems accurate for both of us. If all regression to the mean is, is the relationship with the bell curve then that is very simple. I thought it was more involved than that. The reason being intelligence is not a specific genetic trait like eye color is. Its not like is blue/brown/green/etc in your dna but its more like x trait delivers 2% extra brain blood flow, y trait makes 1% better use of each brain cell, z trait has 3% more usable brain cells. So some specific combination of these traits will make you intelligent but if you have extra blood flow but no extra cells it won't do anything at all. And so my girlfriends intelligence may be based off traits a b c q while mine are a b q z y and if we have a kid they may be a b c z which may be just as intelligent or not work together well and make the kid a moron. -
Ok. I have an IQ of 140. My girlfriends is about 145. She is better at vocabulary but I am better at math. How is regression to the mean involved? I understand the super basic version 140/145 would make it more likely our kids are lower than 140s... ok but I am assuming its still more likely for two in their 140s vs two 110s vs 140/90? I know, I am smart I should be able to look it up online like I do everything else but there is so much scientific lingo and stuff, I am having a hard time finding just a super basic summary so I can grasp the concept. So don't laugh at me. lol

Women aged 18-21 love men in their 30's. I am currently getting pretty serious with a 21 year old who is ready for marriage and kids. I also just started talking to an 18 year old. I would go older too, like up to 24, but its not like they have an age stamped on their forehead when I go say hi to them. They really do have to be that young too, biologically. Figure they are 21, I want lets say 4 years to travel, spend time together, make sure shes long term stable. So now shes 25. I also want 4 kids. So figure one every 2 years. So shes now 33. Max good child bearing years caps at 35. So Perfect. Now if I date a 28 year old how is that going to work? Same time table puts her finishing at 40 and medically its far better to be 35 or under, especially to have to do it multiple times still. Younger women are immature in some ways but the thing with a relationship with an older man, is they like the experience and look up to you. So they readily mirror some of your qualities. They see you get up early and do some work. They think "Wow that get it done attitude is what let is going to let me be a stay at home mom and lets him take me out to nice places. Maybe there is something to it." Instead if she has a 21 year old boyfriend she never is exposed to someone like that and is immature because she just doesn't know any better.

Successful career women are the ones that write the dating articles about being pumped and dumped. Where are the good men. That kind of nonsense. They are getting pumped and dumped and can't find good men because they are career women. I'm the kind of man they like, high income earner looking for marriage, and I know I don't date them seriously. The last girls I dated had the following "careers", Dunkin Donuts, daycare worker, college student. So... yeah. A woman's resources is the last thing on a guys mind... unless he is a beta cuck. They don't want beta cucks. They sure do attract the beta cucks though.

Think of this: If you had two identical universes. Completely identical. A and B. You watch them go for 1 year. Would they still be identical after the 1 year? If there is free will, your alternate in the other universe could choose different responses to the same stimuli and the likelihood that one person would do at least one thing different and throw it all into a different outcome would be likely. If there is no free will, since all the stimulus and situations exist the same, they would both be the same after 1 year. Untestible I know but I think its a good way to visualize the problem. My personal reason for determinism: A rock can weigh x amount be composed of y and be located at z. (Exactly, not measured by human standards). In this same way, your brain can be composed of exactly A, have a specific size of B and an electric current and such of C. This would suggest your actions are based entirely on 1. Current brain situation and 2. External stimulus. Given whenever your brain is in a state of R and the external stimulus is P, the result will always be Q. Lastly regarding the future machine posted by Eudaimonic: The way you describe the problem with the future machine makes the premise that machine can predict things with 100% certainty is false. It is impossible, and im not talking to like build it. The logic of the machine is impossible. It is like saying true = false. Its nonsense talk. The machine would always 99.99999999999% show you what is not going to happen. That last 0.0000000001% (which is actually much smaller) would be the machine showing you the exact future by random chance. Break down follows. If the machine shows you future A, you do something different, A was not the future. If the machine shows you future B, you try to do what it was that triggered exact future B, human senses, motor control and measurement are not accurate enough to do the exact thing to trigger future B, so B was not the future. If the machine shows you future C, you try to do what it was that triggers exact future C, and you hit that almost impossible chance of doing it exactly which would be random chance essentially, only then is future C the future. SO basically its a useless machine. Now if the machine actually shows the future, then that would prove determinism because you have no choice. So you see yourself hit by a car crossing main street on tuesday, you will absolutely be compelled by circumstances to walk across main street on tuesday anyway and get killed. Like maybe you are mentally ill and go into a blackout and walk across the street. Or maybe something happens to make you suicidal, or you need to get killed to save your family. Doesn't matter. You will do what it shows one way or another. *I don't feel 100% on my machine ideas so please especially rip them apart if you see flaws.

Women with lots of resources SEEK: Men with more resources ARE LESS ATTRACTIVE TO: Men with more resources ATTRACT: Men with less resources Women with low resources SEEK: Men with more resources ARE LESS ATTRACTIVE TO: Men with less resources ATTRACT: Men with more resources Women with lots of resources either should SEEK: Men with less resources BE: A woman with less resources OR just be single/unhappy/cat lady etc *When i say resources its gaining them through masculine behavior, family money, luck, things like this are not part of this.

You have the word slave on the brain. I already said this but I will say it again... If you don't consider indentured servitude slavery then just substitute the words. So now look at the argument again. There would be indentured servitude in a voluntary society. By definition indentured servitude is voluntary. Try again. There is no topic that in seeking the truth makes you a horrible person. Ad hom attacks make you look weak.
-
I ultimately agree with this point. If its voluntary, who really should care? The problem is I see people spouting this all over as an argument that there would be no slaves in a voluntary society when it seems apparently wrong to me. Instead of capturing someone by force, just find someone homeless or in a tricky situation and offer them stable food and a mud hut. The result is the same, slave.
-
Robots I don't think actually ever live in a society whether its voluntary or not. Try again. We are talking about the people of the world, not robots. Take slavery to be indentured servitude. Indentured servitude is considered a form of slavery by many people. It is voluntary. You may not consider it slavery, that's fine but adjust your arguments accordingly. You either exist in the world as it is when you wake up or you kill yourself. What does this even mean? What are you partaking in? When were there ever not low IQ people? ...waiting... Offer any option, no matter how terrible, to a large enough amount of people, someone will choose it eventually. (2 for 1 - This also doubles as dating advice for you lol i kid i kid i joke)
-
I don't think its money or resources per se but power. Money is a form of power so sure that often works but power is what shows a man has the ability to manipulate the physical world in some fashion so that he can provide. You can be broke but if you are a 7ft tall weapons expert with military experience and are bad ass enough to use it to acquire resources... that is power and it will attract a woman. If you are a nerdy little mousy man beta with $1 billion dollars, that is power and it will attract a woman.
