  1. I can't believe this http://www.theaustralian.com.au/news/v8-supercars-david-reynolds-fined-25000-for-pussy-wagon-slur-to-female-drivers-at-bathurst-1000/story-e6frg6n6-1227562431012
  2. This story, in the context of how we treat female rape victims, makes me realize the whole way we deal with rape as a society is wholly dependent on the victims gender and makes me realize I have given up on my society once and for all. What makes me so disappointed about this is that even when the boy is the rape victim and the perpetrator a woman society somehow finds a way to still blame the male! Mousley said she was immature, while the boy was mature for his age, and he felt able to step outside normal sentencing guidelines. He said: “Having read everything before me, it was quite clear he was a mature 11-year-old and you were an immature 20-year-old so that narrows the arithmetic age gap between you.” The judge also took into account that the boy’s father spoke up for Hatt in court, claiming his son was “fully up for the experience”. However, the boy said he knew what had happened was wrong and he said he had not enjoyed it. A six-month jail term suspended for two years with supervision was imposed and Hatt was told she must register as a sex offender for seven years. Mousley also imposed a sexual harm prevention order banning her from having unsupervised contact with young boys for two years. Children’s charity the NSPCC expressed concern at the message the sentencing sent out. A spokesman said: “The judge’s comments in this case send out completely the wrong message and confirm a common view in society that the abuse of a young boy by a woman is somehow less serious than the abuse of a girl by a man. “The offender in this case has escaped extremely lightly and you have to wonder whether, in the same circumstances, a man would have been treated the same. “It beggars belief that Tim Mousley QC could say that the 11-year-old victim’s maturity and the abuser’s immaturity ‘narrowed the age gap’ and was reason to step outside the sentencing guidelines; this sends a deeply worrying signal. “The victim’s voice appears to have been ignored as, despite his own father claiming that his son was ‘fully up for the experience’, the boy himself said he had not enjoyed it and knew it was wrong. The effects of sexual abuse can be long lasting and it’s essential that this boy is offered the necessary support.” Swindon crown court heard that Hatt was looking after the youngster as he had a day off school when she stripped off, removed his clothes, and had sexual intercourse. Hannah Squire, prosecuting, told the court: “The defendant was friends with the boy’s father, with whom she had had a brief sexual relationship. “He would ask her to babysit; she had babysat his 11-year-old son on six or seven occasions. On one of those occasions this offence took place. “It was during the day and the boy was off school. The defendant arrived at about 11.30am.Sexual intercourse took place. She told him she enjoyed it, he said he had not as it was wrong.” Squire said the boy’s father noticed he had a love bite on his neck and he found texts from Hatt that revealed what had taken place. Police were called and when arrested, Hatt told officers the boy had told her he was 15, even though she knew his age as his father had told her, the court heard. Hatt, from Swindon, admitted sexual activity with a child. Rob Ross, defending, said his client was a small, immature, woman and the victim was very advanced for his years. He read out a statement from his father in which he said: “He [the boy] is sex mad. He would have been fully up for this experience and in many ways sees it as a notch on his belt and is totally unaffected by it.” Ross said Hatt “clearly doesn’t operate at the level of a 20-year-old” and was honest with the police about what had taken place. Claude Knights, CEO of charity Kidscape, said the language used in court to describe the young victim wrongly implied he was to blame. She said: “This is a very disturbing case involving attempts to find mitigating circumstances. “It must be stressed however that we are dealing with an 11-year-old boy who, however physically mature he might appear, is a child in every sense. “He cannot be expected to have the emotional maturity to engage in a sexual relationship. “It is very sad to hear this young boy described in terms such as ‘sex mad’, which somehow implies that he was to blame for the illegal activity that took place. We have to ask about the influences that this child was subjected to.” She added: “Sadly the current sexualisation of childhood is well documented. The fact that he realised that what had happened was wrong indicates that he will have been affected by this regrettable incident.” source http://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2015/oct/05/babysitter-who-had-sex-with-11-year-old-boy-gets-suspended-sentence Just found this article questioning the credibility of the father. Most parents would be rightly appalled. But it seems to me this man must be happy having his son living in a highly sexualised environment. I refuse to believe any 11-year-old being brought up in a safe, normal environment could possibly already be “sex mad”. How does he even know what sexual desires are at that age? The poor child. Perhaps he was sexualised before his encounter with the abhorrent Jade Hatt, his dad’s ex-lover. Perhaps that shows he was already damaged, about to be damaged further. As for the sentencing, it would appear this idiotic judge has fallen for the defence of Ms Hatt and this feckless father by being so ludicrously lenient. Eleven is a child. And it makes not a shred of difference what gender the child is or what their life’s experiences may have been. How many more cases of sexual assault must we have to endure before the simplicities of all this stuff becomes apparent to those dispensing justice? In my view, if the boy’s father and Ms Hatt are happy to be destroyers of childhood, that is their repugnant choice – for which they deserve punishing. But surely our judicial system should know far, far better. source http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/police-should-question-vile-father-6580581 And I also am researching some of Tim Mousley QC's other cases and have reason to question his credibility also. For example he gave a robber who showed remorse and who was under the influence of drugs when he committed his crimes, a 13 year jail sentence, despite only stealing cash and not physically harming anyone. http://www.swindonadvertiser.co.uk/news/11447867.Knife_robber_gets_13_year_jail_term/
  3. Reading this article about the role racial pride and ethnic identity played in both the fall of the Russian Empire and later the USSR and I have to wonder if multiculturalism will only create the same conditions in western nations. And ultimately lead to the same type of destabilization and later break up and disintegration of the parent culture? It's interesting to note the USSR was a European nation. And that today multiculturalism is also largely confined to nations whose populations are largely derived from Europeans. I wonder what role if any the factor in the parent culture being European had on all this; and if what happens in one European country could happen in them all. It's a controversial notion but I have to wonder if it is worth taking seriously? http://prospectjournal.org/2010/12/01/the-demise-of-the-ussr-in-the-face-of-nationalism/ It's also interesting to consider what multiculturalism has lead to in Latin America; or in this case what it has not lead to. http://www.parapundit.com/archives/002275.html Personally I don't know what the outcome will be; all I can say is I hope we can all find a way to co-exist peacefully.
  4. Why has this argument been derailed so badly? This is a serious issue! We just had another islam related shooting here in Australia the other day! Even though I am a guy; I can completely relate to the host in this documentary. I stupidly try to think we can all live together happily, and I still want to believe it. But I am frustrated when I come up against intolerance all the time when I have done nothing to insight such intolerance. I just want to live a peaceful happy life, is that too much to ask? If there is a correlation between migrants and violent extremism why don't we just admit it and stop deluding ourselves. The amount of tax payers money the west will have to spend to stop our immigrant populations becoming radicalized will lead us to go bankrupt. Life in Australia used to be so simple and carefree, why has it suddenly become so complicated?. I look at the USSR and the one common feature I see in their downfall is the lack of cultural cohesion within the parent culture due to large minority groups. The USSR is a classic example of what happens when minorities segregate and control large parcels of their own land- eventually they just split off and lead to the downfall of the parent civilization. I wish multiculturalism could work, and I will always give migrants the benefit of the doubt and treat them with respect and dignity, but unfortunately facts don't lie.
  5. Ugh you lost all legitimacy when you said we need someone with a pretty face. There is nothing wrong with how Stefan looks- and he is definitely anything but ugly! Stefan just gives those of us with an inquiring mind validation that we are not alone. Our society isn't going to ever wake up to reality; our high quality of life neuters our political opinions. Universities give students so many tests that it stops them becoming politically active. Our society is made up of me-ists who worship the religion of me-ism embodied in capitalist greed and a focus on the economy at the expense of all else; you ain't ever going to get the mainstream to ever consider the ideas expressed here and in the videos. Just enjoy your life- life is short and will be over before you realize- there is no point jeopardizing or destroying your one shot at happiness in life by becoming mired in politics; just relish being happy while you can. I mean for all we know in the future a nuclear war will wipe out all life and therefore everything is meaningless anyway, making engaging in any activity that endangers your chance at living a happy life not worthwhile. Take comfort knowing you are able to still exercise the ability to turn off your mobile phone and tv when the nonsense comes on; as that is all the power we have left in the world, and maybe that is enough.
  6. Why do videos like this get so much interest while Stefans videos about real issues that will affect us and our society get hardly any views, it makes me want to give up on my society...
  7. I often think about this same thing also. Money has no value outside of the confines of the culture it exists in. It's a mindset. I don't think money has any real tangible value except for being a control mechanism and extension of government. Money is a tool that gives people a false sense of security that allows them to facilitate their greed by allowing them to consume and thus feel empowered and in control when the reality is they are just prisoners to this mere psychological concept that is money. Something to remember is Ancient Egypt never had any concept of money and instead exchanged tangible goods for other tangible goods; and that society lasted for thousands of years, showing money is not a necessity as we think it is today. I think person D is trying to persuade you with fear/greed.
  8. Never. I think feminists have always been whingers. Sure women did have legitimate causes regarding voting; but apart from that I feel a lot of the causes they have championed have been disingenuous. In essence they are just women who are only concerned with themselves. Instead of feminism the movement should be called me-ism. Just read this article about how the Australian Governments Prime Ministers top adviser, Peter Credlin, is whinging about how hard it is for women in politics. Someone in the comment section points out she is a "me-ist" and I thought that was such an apt summary of what feminists are all about: themselves. Feminism aka me-ism. Oh, here we go. Didnt take long. I do not understand how possibly she thinks she has done anything for women at all? Marry into power and then prove you are not good at your job is antitheses of this. If anything she has done the opposite of feminism. Take responsibility for your own actions for once. Drink driving that is not gender specific at all. And stop blaming everyone else for it other than where the responsibility really belongs. WITH YOU. Its really about what far right wingers really think. And Annabel is happily one of them. Me me me. These far right wing types are all the same. They are not feminists. Nor progressives as they claim to be. They are me-ists. All the days and nights long. source http://www.abc.net.au/news/2015-09-23/crabb-a-lesson-on-what-it-means-to-be-a-woman-in-high-office/6798602
  9. I watched this segment of Stossel(I hadn't heard of it either) on Fox today and found it an incredibly insightful segment. The segment is called 'Playing the Victim' and discusses many of the things we talk about on here; and what I noticed is how all these victims are always feminists, hence my theory that feminists are just whinging victims and no longer a legitimate movement. http://www.foxbusiness.com/on-air/stossel/blog/2015/09/30/victimhood
  10. Most crops are still harvested by hand, especially fruits; and many developing countries still use pickaxes and shovels. It's only in the 'west' that automation exists to any widespread extent. So from that perspective I don't really understand your point. I'm talking about industrial automation in factories- jobs that cater to people living in cities and which generate substantial employment across economies. But I am not saying we should go back to the stone ages. All I am doing is pointing out the intentions behind the technology; that's all. I am just putting it in perspective; I just think it was an odd choice for a country with one of the most controversial race records in recent history. Wasn't the whole point of us defeating Japan so we could make them stop acting in this discriminatory manner? I mean, no matter how much you try and pretty it up, it's still a very bad look to automate your entire car industry when you could have offered those jobs and the economic prosperity that comes with them to people in your immediate region who were negatively affected by your countries recent war actions. The selfishness they demonstrated is simply incredible, and kind of proves my point about resterners- they are only in it for themselves. Just my two cents.
  11. Hot on the heels of Katy Perrys 'Roar' music video; in which a tiger kills her male companion and she then goes on to demonstrate her independence by embodying the very thing that killed him- the tiger. To Taylor Swift's music video 'Blank Space' which sees Swift bashing up her boyfriends and trying to kill them at times. Now we have prominent pop diva Lorde graphically killing a man in her new music video 'Disclosure'. And what is most disturbing, Lorde admits she has had this fantasy since she was 18 and has envisioned doing this to real boyfriends. Scary. So I am watching TV and noticed a lot of shows revolve around violence against men, which popular culture is ok with and nobody ever complains about. Sure you may easily dismiss it as an innocent action sequence against a faceless man- but isn't that the whole point? That men are portrayed as these disposable things who we have no problem with depicting the death of for our entertainment. Isn't this all kind of a little sick? I mean you always see this or that man being killed or attacked in some high octane action adventure drama; yet you never see women killed in similar circumstances. Usually when women are killed on TV they have at least been humanized before hand so we feel a loss when they die; yet with men we just see them as these dehumanized non-entities who are expected to be killed like worthless sacks of skin and bone, and we are conditioned to see this as normal and not feel any loss when they die. And what makes this all the more worse is that everyone only focuses on violence against women; yet the majority of what we see on TV and in Movies is violence against men. When you think about it, I mean really think about it, movie studios and television producers are profiting massively from depictions of violence against men. How is this acceptable in a modern humane society? Especially in the context of the way we deal with violence against women. Kind of feeling like there is no hope for men in the world right now. Why is it ok for women, lets remember these are GROWN WOMEN; to make such videos that celebrate, perpetuate and profit from depictions of violence against men; ESPECIALLY IN THE CONTEXT OF HOW SOCIETY REACTS TO VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN! Why is this type of behavior by women celebrated, yet if the roles were reversed such a thing would be seen as domestic violence. Women can't be strong and independent without resorting to hateful attacks against men- why is this? Why is it when women get into positions of power they have to behave in a way that is hateful to men? I mean in the past women were not allowed to vote etc, but you never saw men actively running campaigns of hate towards women. And it's not hard to see why, with Kiwi singer Lorde, 18, showing off her darker side in the raunchy clip. From kissing a married man to later setting him on fire, it seems Lorde has enjoyed playing an onscreen vixen, tweeting: 'One of my life goals has always been "to one day play a hitgirl who pretends to seduce then burns alive douchey boyfriends (sic)." Lorde, real name is Ella Marija Lani Yelich-O'Connor, first stuns on-screen in a plunging white dress as she cavorts around a party at a Los Angeles mansion. She's then seen canoodling with the married man as tensions appear to rise between him and his partner. At one point the other woman turns near a window with what looks to have a black eye. While it appears Lorde's character is having an affair, she later dons a shiny leather trench coat as she looks at the wife, implying they are working together to avenge the man, before pushing him into the pool and setting him alight. Lorde tweeted she not only played a 'hitgirl' but also implied the woman was the subject of domestic violence and that's why her character was around. 'The most important part of the video is when you see her black eye as she turns away at the window.. hope it all makes sense from that point,' she tweeted. She also retweeted a picture post about the black eye, which in part read: 'That's the point the whole video hinges on / takes it from being "an affair narrative" to being "dude's girlfriend hired miss ella the hit girl to 'seduce' him then take him the F**K out. (sic)" She then later thanked fans for '1,000,000 views in 1 day, thanks beejs (sic).' Lorde is known for her hits including Royals and Tennis Court and was discovered at just 12-years-old. She's had a number of gongs under her belt, including Grammys and Billboard Music Awards. She is currently dating long-term boyfriend James Lowe, who she has been with for more than two years. source http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-3255601/Lorde-seduces-married-man-sets-fire-embraces-dark-raunchy-new-video-Disclosure.html
  12. Hi everyone! Ok so here is my issue! Recently I was walking around my local shopping center and noticed all the small businesses such as the local bakery and newsagent are run by minorities and I only see minorities working there. Meanwhile when I go to the larger local run businesses I see people from all different walks of life working there. This got me thinking about the current immigration situation in Europe. And I thought to myself, why do immigrants who come to western countries act in a parasitic way towards their adopted countries instead of living in symbiosis with them? They expect everyone to spend a lot of time and money on them; yet when it comes to them giving back to the community they do very little. I am annoyed that I am refused work at these types of businesses based on my race- and I wonder if they simply are not intelligent enough to think in a way that is not racially centrist. Sometimes I think they are all reading from the same book. To demonstrate my point, when you look at my country Australia you will see we are the most diverse country in the region; and are anything but racist. Yet, our asian neighbors engage in the trendy pastime of calling us the 'racist nation' and never bother looking at why they have such xenophobic policies themselves. The truth is most countries outside the west impose their own 'white only policy' and exist as homogeneous nazi like states. I also wish Stefan would stop mentioning Japan in the same breath as Germany. If anything these two countries show the differences between the west and the rest. Japan has changed little since WW2, in terms of how it views the outside world. It has refused to sign peace treaties over silly territorial disputes. It prefers to keep tensions with Russia going and puts the safety of it's nation behind a few small islands. To me this outright disregard to engage in peace shows how Japan has no regrets for it's war past and no genuine desire for peace; or it would not risk it's nation's future safety like that. Also the people of Japan demonstrate extreme racism to outsiders; and it's common to see whole seats vacated by Japanese people if a foreigner is sitting on a train; despite the train being crowded. I believe the conditions are still the same within Japan that lead it to go to war in the first place and could lead to future wars. Another double standard I am tired of is how westerners are held up to litmus tests that nobody else is. For example Hitler was condemned after the war and denounced. While Hirohito was allowed to wiggle out and evade prosecution, living to a ripe old age and celebrated as a national hero with a lavish funeral ceremony costing tens of millions of dollars. Don't forget Japan is the nation that preferred to automate its car industry and give jobs to robots rather than have migrants fill those jobs. I don't care what anyone says; choosing machines over people is not a sign of a developed and accepting mind. http://satwcomic.com/robots When you look at Germany and Japan pales by comparison. Germany has actively tried to change it's internal culture and be more welcoming to outsiders and has owned up to it's past. Anyway the following article is a must read for anyone investigating the context of the refugee crisis in Europe from the wider perspective of non western countries and their immigration policies. I am just someone who is sick and tired of double standards and tolerating intolerance from migrants. http://www.woroni.com.au/comment/if-australia-is-racist-what-does-that-make-japan-and-south-korea/ Notice my name- laowai- is a derogatory term used by the Chinese to refer to outsiders. I only use it because I am sick and tired of hearing it every time I go to my local Chinese restaurant. Ok rant over.
