Hi everyone. I'm wondering if anyone out there is purposely trying change their gene expression through epigenetic "bio hacking". I've personally been employing a ketogenic diet for more than 2 years for various benefits that have been clinically tested (mitochondrial improvements like cancer suppression, brain health, etc.). My personal experience seems to show reduced inflammation of my arthritis, and I just seem to be smarter (indication is that the brain runs better on ketones than glucose).
Anyone else out their trying this or some other approach?
