https://www.thelocal.at/20161021/verdict-on-swimming-pool-rape-case-overturned >An Iraqi refugee who was jailed after claiming it was a sexual emergency when he raped a boy in a swimming pool has had the sentence overturned. >An appeal court accepted the defence lawyer’s claim that the lower court had not done enough to ascertain whether or not the rapist had realised the schoolboy was saying no. >Supreme Court President Thomas Philipp said that while the verdict was "watertight" with regard to the serious sexual abuse of a juvenile, the written verdict on the second indictment, rape, cannot be sufficiently proved. >According to the Supreme Court, the first court should have ascertained whether the offender had thought that the victim agreed to the sexual act and whether Amir A. had the intention to act against the will of the boy.

Balkan Wars: Muslims good, christians evil, really???
Cruiser replied to Kristoffer Trolle's topic in General Messages
During the war, everybody was killing each other even Muslims among themselves (Fikret Abdic Muslim faction vs Sarajevo Muslim faction). Croats,Serbs, Muslims all did horrible atrocities to each other. That's why so many people wore convicted of war crimes on all sides. BTW, I'm from Croatia.- 10 replies

What about a child who knows nothing about race but chooses to play with children in school who look similar to himself and his parents, is that also racism?

German government recommends stocking up on water, food etc

It has nothing to do with recent terror attacks. The Bundestag came up with the idea to modernize the emergency plannings in 2012 (probably because the mayan calender ended). One of the results of the conducted study is this advice. http://www.fr-online.de/panorama/sicherheit--regierung-empfiehlt-notvorrat-,1472782,34657538.html -
Sam Harris who prides himself for his intellectual honesty, said during a Joe Rogan podcast that Trump used the money he fund-raised for the veterans for his own campaign, business and luxuries. Which obviously is a big fat lie, not even Hillary Clinton is that corrupt to use charity money for herself. That's when I stopped listening to Sam when he talks about Trump.

Hello, Even if we made a Libertarian argument against open borders it wouldn't solve much. Europe's unintegrated Muslim communities are already established in Europe. The majority of Jihadists who attacked Europe wore born in Europe and have European citizenship. Statist's propose solutions like massive deportations, striping people of their citizenship and the banning of a whole religion which would violate the NAP. I know we could abolish the welfare state but it's going to have a massive fallout. Every Muslim demographic in Europe even Turks have the highest welfare consumption compared to other demographics. They'll be committing massive amounts of violence against the natives. Look at France for example, they wanted to adopted some controversial Labour law which resulted in Muslims rioting and burning vehicles. Another Libertarian solution would be to change self defense and gun ownership laws in Europe so Europeans don't have to rely on the State for protections. That's all I could think of. Ether way, I feel when Europe's Muslim problem worsens, people will get desperate and transfer more power to the government. The far right isn't the solution, have a look at their manifesto and you'll see they're even worse than mainstream parties. Guys, what are your Libertarian solutions to Europe's Muslim problem?

Would Stefan and Micheal be interested in doing the truth about Mustafa Kemal Ataturk? It's a tragedy how his reforms to modernize and secularize Turkey are slowly being eroded by religious fanatics. Turkey turning into a religious state only proves Islam is incompatible with liberty.

I believe I'm capable in answering your questions since my father is a professional driver and I've worked with him. Most owner operators don't really follow state regulations completely expect those who work for big companies. There were many times, where our truck was too heavy or the equipment was too high, we just avoided the scales at night. For states like California who require filters built into your truck, truck drivers with older trucks would need to completely rebuilt their motor to install those filters which cost $50,000. Also, majority of drivers cook their log books since you can't make deadlines in time. They write in their log books that they only drove for 8 hours but it was actually 16 hours. In Europe they require a device to record how many hours you drive, in America they don't and for Canada I'm not sure.
