  1. I think that it's funny that you find it necessary to ask the question. The idea of any person planning the social order of the world is a very "governed" idea in the first place. We are obsessed with someone laying out for us how it's going to be, but in the absence of a coercive government who is to say which plan gets enacted, or how? Any number of complimentary or competing plans is going to arise and in the genuine absence of violence, the best ideas will eventually reveal themselves automatically. Of course in the real world there will always be coercive people on a quest for power, which makes the whole topic of a better world through anarchy a bit laughable in my opinion. Who could possibly "implement" or "coordinate" a post-state world on their own?
