A couple of points of discussion i have Its good to differentiate between crimes as well - obviously large amounts of fraud and white colour crimes are not done by people with low IQ. Not to mention politicians and world leaders of course So i guess your mostly refereeing to violent crimes and theft in the video If we discuss blacks or hispanics who are at the higher end of their intelligence bell curve while once they might have had a stable family and potential to secure a secure job that would put them above the poverty line this is no longer possible and even if they were to get a job based on their iq it would most likely still leave them below the poverty line. I know there is a correlation between lower iq and higher crime rates. But I have often wandered if the high crime rates amongst black communities are also related to the macro issues of less jobs available in manufacturing and "low" skill jobs in the U.S at the moment ? So i would say because it is so difficult to go from lower to middle class they just dont even try.
