I recently listened to Stefan's podcast "Satanism and Socialism.." and around the 13 minute mark he made a statement along the lines of switching a child's environment from poor to rich or rich to poor does not have an effect on that child's mental capabilities. I'm looking for more clarity on this statement. Is Stefan talking only about a child's IQ being affected?
