I've been reading articles from the Sex Change Regret website, and I'd love it if you could get Walt Heyer on your show so that a genuine ex-transsexual could share their negative experience with the treatment. Such a conversation could help us the fans (and the Molyneux-curious) to learn the more accurate language to use in social discussions (gender-distressed vs transsexual), and offer solutions to the gender-distressed community so we can help the victims with real solutions rather than propaganda and awareness-raising.
