  1. Just a half hour ago I read some devastating news. The President approved of the bombing of Damascus and other places in Syria. The Russian Government is necessarily taking this a declaration of war. The Syrian Government is surely not going to roll-over, though unlike the Russians they cannot strike America proper. I am truly fearful of our country's future with this. The wrath of the unjustly tormented is a wrath without restraint. I feel a sort of guilt for this war and almost want to offer myself up to the next Syrian that comes my way as an apology for my nation's actions. I don't have the words. What do we do? What can we do? Should we just focus on escaping to the better parts of our countries and prepare from there for the worst of the years or do we take some sort of political action (assuming that's even viable for anything anymore)? The Left has sunk its hooks deep into the American Government to the point where I don't think they can ever be pulled out through the political system. So it seems logical what we have to do is wait it out, fortify our communities, strengthen our bonds, and pray to God that we will be spared His divine wrath. I freely admit I am greatly saddened and weakened mentally by the news. I suppose I already have my answers ("do nothing. We cannot do anything. All we can do is head out for where it's safe and likely to remain safe and prepare for the worst.") but... I want to hear what others have to say.
  2. Recently a series made by the film director Oliver Stone has taken the Left by storm as he made a very fair and comprehensive interview with the God-Tsar Vladimir Putin. I've been watching it thus far and have had a very enjoyable experience relating to Putin's views on various subjects as well as getting to know the man better personally. While I know he's a train wreck as far as family life goes it is still very interesting to learn about the man behind the scenes with his daughters and grandchildren, as well as the busy work life he has as the ruler of one of the biggest multi-ethnic nations in the world. I figured I'd make this a topic to both debate what he's said, share with the forums that this is a thing, and in general stir the pot of discussion and see where it goes. I guess the most basic question is; "Is Vladimir Putin a good leader of Russia?" and the series tackles the very important question of "Who is the True Enemy". As AnCaps we both know it's the government, and I'm impressed that's where the interview is going as quite a few of the war crimes and tragedies of the 21st century are being talked about. However I'd like some outside opinions as everyone I'm personally close to is a bit of a Putin fan and therefore not the best critics of the big little guy.
  3. We all know how socialism is changing the west today (the welfare state reversing natural selection, the importation of low iq high crime voters, the destruction of western culture and values etc.), but I know very little of how it has affected socialist/communist/collectivist countries of the past. Some of the ones I know about: Communist China: if you visit China you see how the polite buddhist culture (you normally see in high iq asian countries like Japan) is gone, people are very rude. I have been told by several chinese it changed under communism, anybody can confirm? They wanted to get rid of the old "evil" religion and also got rid of all the good traditional values in society. Another thing: the population exploded under communism from less than 560~ mio to 1265 mio in only 50 years. I have been told the communists heavily rewarded people who got lots of kids, and since there was mass starvation a lot of people got many kids. I bet it wasn't the most high quality people that followed the government's incentives, so that probably affected the genes in a negative way? Yugoslavia: seems like a lot of the same stuff goes on in europe today also happened in Yugoslavia back then. The high iq christian serbish group was the producers, the low iq high crime muslim bosnien group was the receivers. During the communist regime population changed, muslims got lots of kids and outbreeded the serbs. Serbs got pissed and went on a killing spree. Check some of the last replys in this forum post. Soviet Russia: don’t know much, but I bet the same stuff happened here. Just look at the chaotic impolite high crime culture of russia today, was it really always like that? Looking at Russian culture before the communists it seems very different. And shouldn’t the tough winters have created a different gene set, i.e. only the smartest and toughest can survive there, you would had to work together to survive, etc.? Any other places people can think of where collectivism fucked up culture and genes and how it happened?

  7. Hey, guys! I'm so happy I have finally found the community I can blend in without having to feel confused and misunderstood. The libertarianism is awesome! You just have to be an honest and compassionate person to see that it's the best political philosophy ever! Nice to meet you all!
