Just stumbled upon this article today and found it quite useful and intersting for myself (given my lifestyle at least).A short summary would probably be: SItting is quite bad for your health if you do it a lot during the day and rarely get up. Even if you exercise, if you sit for long consecutive periods of time that's not gonna counteract that.
