Posted February 5, 2013 Posted February 5, 2013 Miami Police Officer Luis Hernandez Held Without Bond on Armed Sexual Battery, Kidnapping Charges On Nov. 26, 2011, Hernandez picked up the 44-year-old victim from a colleague at police headquarters to transport her to the Miami-Dade County Jail after she was arrested following a bar fight, police said. But he drove her to a parking lot off the 2500 block of Northwest 2nd Avenue, the victim said. She told police that he poured a liquid onto a scratch on her breast, lifted her shirt, and began fondling her. Hernandez, who was wearing his police uniform, removed his duty belt and exposed himself, according to police documents. The victim also said that he told her to “get down,” which she said she believed was a demand for oral sex. She refused, but claimed that Hernandez began fondling her private parts, according to police. No weapons were found in their vehicle, police said.
