Miss Valeska Posted July 13, 2013 Posted July 13, 2013 My name is Valeska, nd I'm paranoid it isn't feminine enough, I think about other names like Jennifer nd Rebecca all of the time. I guess it might just be because I'm not used to slavic names because they aren't popular. But, I don't want a popular name, That is why I like mine, I dunno.
Dave Bockman Posted July 13, 2013 Posted July 13, 2013 Please forgive my armchair psychologizing, but looking at your post from the outside, and noticing a couple of other things, it seems vitally important to you that you are perceived by others as not only female, but feminine, 'girly', etc. Assuming I'm correct in my comment, why do you think that is? What value is added to you by being perceived as girly or extraordinarily feminine?
Pepin Posted July 24, 2013 Posted July 24, 2013 I'm not really sure what a feminine name is. The trend seems to add and "ine" or "tha" or "asa" or "dra" or some other short phrase at the end of male name. Though, Rose, Scarlet, and Sky seem pretty feminine. Could you define the traits of femininity?
