She's made a lot of great contributions in terms of communication, self knowledge and personal growth. This is a video series of hers that I think is incredibly useful and thought provoking. I understand the words "forgiving parents" might put some on high alert, or maybe it just puts a Part of me on high alert and I'm projecting. I don't think this is a "get out of jail free card" for abusive parents. This is for you and your internal family. If there are any thoughts or criticisms about this video, please post. I'd like to hear what ya think 'cause I might not know what's what with what.
