Aapo Puskala Posted August 21, 2013 Posted August 21, 2013 If anarchy is about not having rulers, how does one draw straight lines in a stateless society?
Wesley Posted August 21, 2013 Posted August 21, 2013 The invisible hand has guided me to say that drawing is unnecessary, we have computers. ______________________________________________________________ ^^ Look, a straight line!
Sashajade Posted August 21, 2013 Posted August 21, 2013 Without rulers, i would think that with some collaboration of rational minds who are not allowed to draw straight lines we could certainly come up with ways to find workable, favorable solutions that dont just benefit some people. I mean really, like Wesley was saying we have plenty of great technology to keep improving, or changing any lines if they arent working for the majority. None of this will be done with rulers.
Pepin Posted August 21, 2013 Posted August 21, 2013 Perhaps Occam's Razor can help guide us in the straight forward path we wish to go.
Lians Posted December 3, 2013 Posted December 3, 2013 The free market will draw them for us? Straight lines are a statist scheme anyway.
Josh F Posted December 4, 2013 Posted December 4, 2013 without making a protracted argument, let me just say we'll probably all just draw circles.
