Rather I'd invest into a book on internal family systems. A decent one I'd recommend is Self Therapy by Jay Early. Also, if you have not seen it, this is an interview about the IFS model with the creator of it.

That's how I have heard the series myself. And maybe you did too but lost them? It was a one-off offer for all donators some months ago now. If so, might be an idea to go looking through your inbox.
