LovePrevails Posted September 18, 2013 Posted September 18, 2013 perhaps a better home for Stefan than wikipedia, which keeps removing any reference to Stefan as a "philosopher" you know how elitist those lefties are when it comes to applying "their" words http://rationalwiki.org/wiki/Main_Page anyone care to start off his page?
Barry_diller Posted November 23, 2013 Posted November 23, 2013 I don't find rational wiki very rational., it's full of political bias, and is attacking all other people and ideas that dosn't fit in to their views. and so many bad jokes. I though a wiki was supposed to be neutral. the normal wiki is actually alot better
JamesP Posted November 23, 2013 Posted November 23, 2013 Any wiki is a product of majority rule... I would not presume neutrality on the part of the maintainers.
Guest - Josh - Posted November 23, 2013 Posted November 23, 2013 RationalWiki is rational in name only. Its articles advocate Atheism+ and label anyone who disagrees as misogynists. Its articles on TheAmazingAtheist and anyone else who have criticized the notion of patriarchy show it to be quite a radically biased site. RationalWiki makes Wikipedia look like the FDR forums. Wikipedia is the best option of the two. Creating an article at RationalWiki is liable to lead to a libelous entry down the road, so I strongly advise against it.
Think Free Posted November 24, 2013 Posted November 24, 2013 Is there a Wikipedia-acceptable source that claims Stefan is a philosopher? Even one that describes him as a self-described philosopher? If not, I wouldn't bother with it. Wikipedia is what it is. It has its strengths and its limitations, but we shouldn't take its limitations too personally.
