Steven Pressfield's War of Art & Do the Work (Procrastination and creativity)

The war of art is a very good, quick and easy read that challenges you to think differently about how to approach work and procrastination, and to reframe what it means to be a "professional" as something that you're fully in control of, rather than something external. It's all about the "resistance" that causes procrastination and self-sabotage; recognizing the various insidious ways it derails you, and personifying it as a destructive force which the professional must defeat.

I haven't read the other, so I can't comment on that.
