I am looking for recommendations on information regarding addiction. There is a LOT of information out there on the topic and I would like to find some based in or at least related to philosophy, self-knowledge, IFS, etc. Thank you so very much! I listened to both videos you posted here in addition to a few others on YT. The article was brief but indeed valuable. Any more suggestions of authors and/or speakers along these lines would be much appreciated. I will look into Mate's book today.
