PatrickC Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 I don't normally listen to Alex, but this was an interesting video sent to me by a friend. He has an interesting way of calming the great Alex, which could make for an interesting interview perhaps. Great view possibilities of course. No idea how to reach him mind.
Mogwai Posted January 5, 2014 Posted January 5, 2014 yeah, he really mirrors stef's style in dealing with alex in not allowing himself to get sucked into or lumped into his ridiculous rants, while still being able to relate to and find solidarity with him. as a fan of billy's I think he would benefit greatly from learning about molyneux's approach to illuminating the relationship between childhood trauma, philosophy and the state of the world...this is an old clip from I think 2004 where Billy talks candidly about being abused... http://youtu.be/i-WoiTLTcL4
Lians Posted January 5, 2014 Posted January 5, 2014 Billy would certainly be an interesting guest. He seems curious about the root causes of apathy and complacency in the face evil. Stef has a thing or two to say about that.
