Skinned elements: + Global font change + Wider content area + Branding and top right navigation + User bar and search box + Breadcrumbs and sub-navigation (near social icons) + Main content section + Left and right side boxes like notifications and folders + Profiles + Avatars + Chat To install the theme you will need the browser addon Stylish.
