AnarchoBenchwarmer Posted January 17, 2014 Share Posted January 17, 2014 I started a blog before I started reading these forums, but I had stopped when it seemed like I had nothing to write about - writing anything invariably felt like I was plagiarizing somebody around here since the active members seemed better-acquainted with philosophy, voluntaryism, atheism, etc. But I decided to start up again. Aikenrooster Posted January 17, 2014 Share Posted January 17, 2014 OK, I'll play. I read the blog, but you didn't give any reasons why Dawkins, et al., have made their god the state. I think with Dawkins, and a lot of scientists, it is obvious. They need the state to rob us in order to provide them funding for science, which is morally wrong. The judeo-christian god and the god of the state are in competition for a lot of atheists, and there are probably more reasons, which you could have listed.
