Nerburg Posted January 24, 2014 Posted January 24, 2014 A near constant refrain is that corrupt reason leads to poor choices leads to negative quality of life. For the most part, this seems very obvious and blatant in the lives of most people I observe around me. That is, irrationality leading to dysfunction. Forgive me for the poor verbiage and/or lack of example. What I'm wondering is, would the existence an evil or corrupt man who is happy with his life and choices undermine the idea of reason=virtue=happiness? Or a community of bible thumpers who never have to deal with existential crises because they can always bask in the glow of The Lord and his community approval?
