Can Society not influence the state of the Parasite through direction & involvement in the processes of the Parasite?

Doesn't influencing the direction/processes of a thief legitimize theft?

You might help the thief see the error of his ways.  Without violence, noone makes anyone do anything.  You control your destiny in a free society.

If I'm at a picnic and a mosquito is buzzing about, I mostly ignore it. I don't see much use in trying to infiltrate its ranks to influence it to be not a mosquito.

Anyways, if you have a theory, by all means test it. For example, do you refuse to use violence in your own life? Do you refuse to allow anybody into your life that promotes or uses violence? Are you able to convince neighbors or coworkers who promote or use violence to change their ways?

The references are (Society = You and I, Parasite = Government) as referred in the original video.  I do not believe an insect, in any way, can represent the parasite of which I spoke.

If we truly believe that we can never influence a change in the parasite, we are lost.

Some important issues, as I see it, are the lack of a platform to acheive change and the general feeling of hopelessness within Society.

The government isn't going away anytime soon.  We can't wish it away and change through violence isn't the solution.  We need to "Tame the Beast".

If you don't choose to influence your mosquito, you just may get West Nile or Malaria and die!  Then you won't be able to complain about the bites.

Cheers....

You didn't answer my questions. This is the problem with speaking of grand scale "solutions": It's usually a way of avoiding the things we can actually do to make real changes that will in turn solve the grand scale problem. Or a fundamental lack of understanding of the problem itself.

You don't have to answer my questions, but I think you'll find real value in exploring why you didn't.
