aFireInside Posted March 1, 2014 Posted March 1, 2014 Ok so I have programed in python and c++. I have basic knowledge on object oriented programing , and data structures. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Heres my question: Im willing to put in the time in learning objective C, i have already bought a book. But I contemplating taking a semester of school to make an actual game. Im scared to take the step. I have a ruff sketch of the game, i don't really care that it has great graphics, I'm more worried about the functionality. Well the child in me wants this and its kicking and screaming. I have been neglecting the child in me for so long. Its just something I've been thinking about. I have been having trouble concentrating in school and i think its because of this. I need some action.
NumberSix Posted March 1, 2014 Posted March 1, 2014 I don't have any experience with iPhone, but try lynda.com classes, their other classes are good and only $30 a month. http://www.lynda.com/Objective-C-tutorials/Objective-C-Essential-Training/143328-2.html http://www.lynda.com/iOS-SDK-tutorials/Up-Running-iOS-SDK/147018-2.html Also, I think you have to own a Mac and buy the iPhone SDK
