I want female freedomain radio listeners to read this and to just introduce yourself, its informal and i'm not looking for anything so serious right now, but hopefully to meet some great people and develope a friendship over time which could go further. My name is Duncan i am a 23 year old male from Wales, UK i am very active as i am in training for the Ironman Wales in September. I felt it was important to post on here after listening to a recent show that encouraged it, and after very little though, what better place to look than where people are actively trying to improve their lives and develope themselves ethically.
