Three
Behold this man's pipes. In terms of sheer power and range, I've never heard a more impressive combination of the two. Many male vocalists can hit high notes, but their voice tends to get thinner and squeely. Especially if you aren't naturally a tenor. But, what makes this so impressive to me is that, this man is naturally a baritone. This song showcases a effortless 3 octave range. And what adds to my amazement is his versitility. He's by no means a one trick pony. Here's him singing a bluesy almost gospel like style with a choir of his own recorded vocal parts. The part starts at 8:30 And to cap it all off, here's some whitney houston/ dolly parton. This man has amazed me since i was 15. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vgFAq9Q8l8U

American_Crow
For those who enjoy hip hop, I've recently found a collection of rappers that I'm really into. They are independent artists who together form the collective Grand Unified. Of these I listen to Tombstone da Deadman and Greydon Square a lot. The two songs that I am keen on sharing are by C Gats and Greydon Square - these two songs are very emotionally significant for me. Look left, look right. Don't be afraid to get on the way, You know you still got time. Brazilda
Pretty much every forum I've ever visited has had this thread so I'm surprised I didn't see it here. We do have a liberty-themed one but I thought this one would be fun for people who just want to share whatever happens to be tickling their earbuds in the moment. MMX2010
Have been listening to this on repeat the last two days. I absolutely adore the two lines in the chorus, "It's a new art form, showing how little we care!" - followed immediately by the manipulative bullshit line, "We're so happy, even when we're smiling out of fear!" Summarizes pretty much everyone who doesn't have good philosophy.

NeoCortex
This album is so fucking good. I love this kind of artists. Combining different styles of music with which is basically poetry. An example of counter-culture doing good work. That people can have their paradigm changed by a ''rapper'' is simply amazing. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tcr9XKj1ZwE ''Yeah I try to spread a message, but really ambitionIs what is driven through my lyricsI'm really a gimmickNot that I don't put my heart and my soul in the wordsIt's just I askIf the bars are changing the EarthHow arrogant is it to think we can change it trough art?Only slightly less arrogant than thoseWho believe that we can'tSo pull a bit harderWe may just crumble the house of cards'' If anyone is into more grimy stuff, and likes wordplay - here's another one of the same artist. This was actually recorded live. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A0kbuFpL0u8 ''Bigger than that what is going on with thisPrison in America’s a private businessThey get paid 50k per year per inmate by the State, just wait…Also legally are allowed to use their prison inmates as slavesCheap slave labour, big corporationsThey come out of jail, can’t get a jobSo when we celebrate going to jailWe are LITERALLY CELEBRATING ENSLAVEMENTAdd to that, that the hood that you’re livin’Engineered social condition that breeds crime by designWhere do you think you get your nine?'' Three
And I love everything about this korn song. I love the rattle sounding bass. I love those drum licks. I the back and forth 7 string guitars. I love how during the chorus the music gets louder, but the vocals ascend to a pretty falsetto which then turns into a powerful growl.

BrianBrian
This song helps me connect to the lonliness of my childhood. I imagine pulling my child self out from beneath the wreckage of shattered adults and lift the fuck out of some weights with teary eyes while this song cries to the loss.
