The rest seemed vague. You mentioned something about a word used and a sentence, but I have no idea what you're talking about. So I can't follow most of what comes after that. Except the part about being born out of love. Did you ask her how she defines love? I think that would be a good place to start. Also ask her if she understands the importance of modeling behavior for children. Being told you were born out of love isn't going to mean anything to somebody who as a child was never shown that they were born out of love.
