Stefan and Caller,

 

I have to admit that because of my own limitations I almost didn't listen and I couldn't empathize with the caller right away. I see now, because of Stefan's example, that if you hang in there and dig deeper you can connect with someone and make a difference. I would be so enthused and excited if the caller follows through.

I was about to the point of "it's too depressing to listen to another tragedy", but then at the half-way mark there was that tidbit about "livestock management".  Quite interesting.
