Kevin Beal
Certain files loaded into the page like youtube embeds, emoticons (sometimes), mp3 embeds, and other resources are never loaded into the page since the new security certificate (https) was added. (You have to click the shield icon in the browser's omnibar in order to load this content.) I think the emoticons that don't work are added after the page has loaded (like posting or editing in a thread). The youtube and mp3 embeds never work without clicking the shield. JamesP
OK, thanks for the heads up. Can you give me some examples of the emoticons not appearing, and the mp3s not appearing? Alright, I just set the entire content cache to expire. This should mean that YouTube embeds show up, and possibly that emoticons will also show up. MP3s, I'm not sure. If we want SSL on the forums, we may have to give up http MP3 embeds... I've also fixed the mixed secure/insecure content in the premium section (at least with the images). luxfelix
Are topic posts recoverable? I've been updating a post with community suggestions since July, but recently the topic itself no longer appears: https://board.freedomainradio.com/topic/40952-capital-theory-20-work-in-progress/ Maybe I broke something with too many edits? It's not so bad if it turns out that it can't be recovered (I can just start again from the remaining posts), it would just save some time. Update: It's fixed now!
