Pleiades Posted June 4, 2014 Posted June 4, 2014 After watching Stefan's video: I have spent some time looking at the economic situations of some other cities, states and countries. One that has caught my interest is the state of California, where there is a very prominent tech industry, but there doesn't appear to be anything else and the state continues to get worse (I think it had the second highest probability of five-year default of all US states). I've heard stories about the regulations, taxes and increasing crime, and since I have a lot of friends in the tech industry, this state has caught my interest.
