This is all the rage on FB and other social media. Notice no one actualy cares to go after the cause of homelessness (legal violence/statism, bad parenting), but instead to focus on private and public efforts that discourage homeless from sleeping in certain areas. Where people are allowed to sleep is debatable. The causes of homelessness are not.

 

The standard pollitical non sense/rhetoric: " I care about the poor. We need a tax on _______, and _______, to help fund shelters for the homeless." blah, blah, blah rubbish BS.

The reality:  the public safety net provided by the social contract ain't so soft and cushy.apparently this one is an overpass in China.
