OtherOtie Posted June 12, 2014 Posted June 12, 2014 I was listening to a podcast from a couple years ago and someone asked Stef how he prefers his name to be pronounced. He said he prefers "Stefen" (like in "Stephanie"). This confused me because he always says his name as Stef-on. Not really a major question but why does he pronounce his name differently from how he prefers it? Just a small curiosity I had.
Kevin Beal Posted June 12, 2014 Posted June 12, 2014 He said he prefers "Stefen" (like in "Stephanie"). This confused me because he always says his name as Stef-on. He's also pronounced Stefan with that short "a" sound like in the words "pan", "ban", "map", etc. I think he's just trolling us
Wesley Posted June 12, 2014 Posted June 12, 2014 He has said several times that he doesn't really care how people pronounce his name and there are certainly more important things to be concerned about. Just if you are going to write an article or something, make sure you spell it right!
