NotDarkYet Posted December 3, 2014 Posted December 3, 2014 If they want total equality between genders, why don't we see feminists proposing to men 50% of the time?
J. D. Stembal Posted December 3, 2014 Posted December 3, 2014 “Contradictions do not exist. Whenever you think that you are facing a contradiction, check your premises. You will find that one of them is wrong.” — Francisco d’Anconia [Ayn Rand :: Atlas Shrugged] (I would suggest that feminists don't really want equality, and never sought that goal.)

AynRand Posted December 3, 2014 Posted December 3, 2014 I would think feminists would support free love, but this clearly does not occur in modern day feminism.
PatrickC Posted December 3, 2014 Posted December 3, 2014 there are women that propose to men There are a few I guess. That said, most women are what you call passive proposers. Insofar as they will try to make it very clear they are interested without saying a word. As for radical feminists, I think a lot of them are just lesbians, that have no interest in men. And as the contradiction suggests, why not have your cake and eat it.
Psychophant Posted December 3, 2014 Posted December 3, 2014 The word radical feminists is a misnomer. That is like saying radical atheists. Feminism is an ideology and those who life their values are pretty hostile. Others don´t count, cause what is a racist who is not envolved into anything racist, lifes in the hood and attends a concert of Jay-Z? Not much of a racist, right? 1 2
fractional slacker Posted December 4, 2014 Posted December 4, 2014 I would settle for women to initiate conversations with men 50% of the time. 1
