BD91 Posted February 5, 2015 Share Posted February 5, 2015 If I remember correctly part of the reason the court made this ruling was septic concerns because of the location of the homes waste management could have caused interference with local water supplies, or something along those lines; it wasn't just an ex post facto law pass for no other reason but removal of rights.
