Michael Marsh Posted March 11, 2015 Posted March 11, 2015 Oh man, that's brilliant. I need to get my hands on some eggplant and try that soon.
Tservitive Posted March 12, 2015 Posted March 12, 2015 I'm currently mid essay right now and that pizza looks mouth watering.
J. D. Stembal Posted March 22, 2015 Author Posted March 22, 2015 Eggplant pizza mark II (minus cheese, plus tomato paste) Liberal use of garlic salt, salt, pepper, and turmeric is evident. This is after about 20 minutes of 425 F in the oven at 9100 ft above sea level. Don't ask me about the barometric pressure.
J. D. Stembal Posted March 24, 2015 Author Posted March 24, 2015 Sockeye was on sale... fuck yeah! This image has been spoilered for graphic tastiness. Two pounds, greased up with olive oil, baked in the oven at 325 F for 25 minutes garnished with spices, parsley and yellow onions.
J. D. Stembal Posted April 8, 2015 Author Posted April 8, 2015 Guess what came to dinner tonight? Buffalo Heart Stew It is such a triumphant meal, I shot a video. Eat one bowl of this stew and you will feel strong enough to pull the ears off a Gundark. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rWhKBYl4t-Y

J. D. Stembal Posted May 10, 2015 Author Posted May 10, 2015 I know I started the thread, but please share your foodstuffs. Don't be shy! Here's what I fixed up last night, a meal fit for a king! Buffalo ribs baked in butter, and power rabbit food - pan-fried garlic, red & green kale, and rainbow chard in olive oil and the usual suspects (spices). Veggies were on sale this week! I know there are some vegans on the forums, so I hope that there's something here for everyone, not just the avid meat-eaters.
J. D. Stembal Posted May 13, 2015 Author Posted May 13, 2015 I threw a bunch of junk into a pot and kept it cooking for a day or so, and it tasted magnificent. Julia Child ain't got shit on me. Buffalo Chili Stew with spaghetti squash, butter, garlic, onion, spices, chard and kale stems:
J. D. Stembal Posted May 21, 2015 Author Posted May 21, 2015 I just got in a shipment of seventy pounds of dead animal parts. *drool* https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=meS4bBNx_aw
