J. D. Stembal
Eggplant pizza mark II (minus cheese, plus tomato paste) Liberal use of garlic salt, salt, pepper, and turmeric is evident. This is after about 20 minutes of 425 F in the oven at 9100 ft above sea level. Don't ask me about the barometric pressure.
J. D. Stembal
Sockeye was on sale... fuck yeah! This image has been spoilered for graphic tastiness. Two pounds, greased up with olive oil, baked in the oven at 325 F for 25 minutes garnished with spices, parsley and yellow onions.
J. D. Stembal
Guess what came to dinner tonight? Buffalo Heart Stew It is such a triumphant meal, I shot a video. J. D. Stembal
A hyphen between Food-Porn would be ideal >, just being ornery, awesome thread BTW. Thanks for the feedback, Scott. Admittedly, it was intended to be a click-bait thread title. I can do better than that! Here is my latest video installment of pushing the low carb envelope. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=56366lBWqR0
J. D. Stembal
I know I started the thread, but please share your foodstuffs. Don't be shy! Here's what I fixed up last night, a meal fit for a king! Buffalo ribs baked in butter, and power rabbit food - pan-fried garlic, red & green kale, and rainbow chard in olive oil and the usual suspects (spices). Veggies were on sale this week! I know there are some vegans on the forums, so I hope that there's something here for everyone, not just the avid meat-eaters.
J. D. Stembal
I threw a bunch of junk into a pot and kept it cooking for a day or so, and it tasted magnificent. Julia Child ain't got shit on me. Buffalo Chili Stew with spaghetti squash, butter, garlic, onion, spices, chard and kale stems:
