Is Anarchism a disease?

Recommended Posts

Meh, all that stuff about guns strikes me as strangely dishonest. If you're free, you can have a gun. Implying that to be an anarchist you have to be against guns is ... ludicrous.

It's not written that way but maybe that's how it comes across. The idea is that guns aren't the issue but using them to take money is.

Hmmmmm no. The very first step in the "cure for anarchism" is a prescription for a firearm (in the video). My point stands.

Yes but it's the instructions on what to do with the firearm not the firearm itself that make the point. The "allergic to firearms" is just going for the joke.

sorry, I don't see how the rest is "instructing what to do with the firearm", there is nothing she says that would allude to that, that's just your wishful interpretation. And it doesn't add up, either. Or are you suggesting she tells him to use the AK47 in his family when he announces himself the household's ruler?

I'm saying that as the writer I'm not opposed to owning guns. I was going for the joke:) So perhaps it's just not written clear enough.

I see, I was unaware of that you wrote the thing and so are in the sole posession of the knowledge of how it was meant. Sorry for that then, and yes, to me it came across as implying that "having a gun" is anti anarchist or not having one is required to be one

I can see how it might be taken that way. It's a writing flaw. If I wasn't such a joke whore I would've thought it through more. Thanks for the feedback.

I would absolute love it more if the outtakes were kept in a separate video.  That would increase the share-ability.  Can you hook us up with a main program-only version, DCLugi?  That would be great.  I mean, they're not really all that funny, there's lots of cussing…it's a bit of a drag.  Just my 2 cents.

I think the point they were trying to make is that those in favor of the state are in favor of the state stealing from people by force.
