It isn't "against the law" (i.e. rich-persons-opinion-written-down-on-paper) in the USA. Huh, that really makes me wonder-----> Do the rich people who write the laws, enjoy the prior abuse they received from their authority figures? They must've. The cycle of abuse goes round & round.
