Guest Gee Posted June 28, 2015 Posted June 28, 2015 Albert Einstein: The Incorrigible Plagiarist? http://www.amazon.com/Albert-Einstein-The-Incorrigible-Plagiarist/dp/0971962987
_LiveFree_ Posted June 28, 2015 Posted June 28, 2015 Who cares about that? He completely abandoned his first child. As a father he's a monumental failure. "Einstein: His Life and Universe" by Walter Isaacson is a decent biography that starts with Albert's parents. http://www.amazon.com/Einstein-Life-Universe-Walter-Isaacson/dp/0743264746/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1435525383&sr=8-3&keywords=walter+isaacson&pebp=1435525214730&perid=00FH4NFH2DJFZWXX22YQ He also made cheating on his wives common practice. A genius in physics; a complete bastard in his personal life.
K.o.t.H. Posted June 28, 2015 Posted June 28, 2015 I do like the idea of an Einstein presentation. Currently, I know very little about his personal life.
Guest Gee Posted June 28, 2015 Posted June 28, 2015 Thank you for the book link Nathan, I'll check it out.
Dylan Lawrence Moore Posted June 29, 2015 Posted June 29, 2015 I listened to a podcast over at Peace Revolution Podcast which was about a 6 hour lecture by a guy named David Harriman talking about the "philosophic corruption of reality". He spends a lot of time on the development of quantum mechanics and Einstein's relativity, and I think he made a very good case that almost all these guys were balls feep into Kantian philosophy, and their interpretations of quantum mechanics as well as Einstein's relativity are simply regurgitated Kantian philosophy. I would definitely like to hear a truth about Einstein as well.
Dylan Lawrence Moore Posted June 29, 2015 Posted June 29, 2015 Here's the podcast. I highly recommend this one: http://www.tragedyandhope.com/peace-revolution-episode-062/
