FDRLand Foreign Policy

Recommended Posts

During the transition from state to freedom we are going to have some very interesting situations to deal with

Assuming at the time the nation is still constitutionally based and has a military

Foreign policy:

FDRLand are free to conduct business with whomever they please

FDRLand will use the all available means to enforce constitutionally consistent contracts between citizens and foreign nations/persons upon request from the citizen - for a fee

FDRLand will protect citizens from the claims of foreign nations/persons based on unconstitutional contracts and contracts that were not agree'd to by the persons affected -for a fee, or for paid members or if paid members contribute enough to cover non-members for everyone

FDRLand will work with foreign nations/persons to enforce constitutionally consistent contracts with the citizen(s) named in the contract - For a fee

And if the FDRLand representatives tasked with this suck, you are free to use whoever else you want to enforce your contracts, or just take the risk of no protection - whatever works, you are free!

Interesting points, would love for you to elaborate on them, or transition in general.

Speaking of foreign policy, how does one go about freely trading with non free-market societies? Say you allow unrestricted trade with a country which practices subsidization, or the suppression of wages. Would not those providers in your country who paid the full cost of production be wiped out on the market? What is to stop employers in FDRland from employing foreign workers with artificially low wages, so as to gain competitive advantage?
