Lizardkingstooge Posted October 13, 2015 Posted October 13, 2015 How does one go about finding a good therapist, I don't want to be spending money and time on therapists that aren't good at what they do 3 sessions into therapy. Is there a certain type of practice that can distinguish good therapists from bad ones? I've watched Stefan talk about certain therapists that have some really good techniques to help people out with trauma. I live in Melbourne, Australia so a specific therapist here that has worked with someone, would be even more helpful.

Lizardkingstooge Posted October 14, 2015 Author Posted October 14, 2015 Thanks for the resources mate. The problems I want to work through are related to my controlling and violent father.
