In this interview Richard Lynn answers that question precisely .  He is a controversial Psychology professor who dedicated most of his career to study IQ,  Differences in IQ, Gender, Race, Ethnicity, and Eugenics.  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Richard_Lynn

Interviewer: A person with an IQ of 60, what can they do in our society.

RL: Well they can do unskilled jobs, you know like, emptying the garbage or the rubbish, for people that put out their rubbish out in bins once a week.  Probably someone drives the lorry, but some other fellow just goes and gets the bin and tips it into the lorry.

Interviewer: He couldn't drive the lorry himself

RL: No he probably couldn't drive the lorry, but he can do that.  He can take the bin and tip it in there

Intervier: *laughter* when you say that dont you feel its a bit crude? or ehh

RL: Well this is just the answer to the question, you know there are quite a lot of jobs like this, they can sweep, sweep the streets.

i feel like this might be connected to the Making a Murderer series.  I have been participating in the subreddit for the series and was just the other day searching for information about how you would put into perspective a 70 IQ in terms of age equivalence and this is the type of information that i came up with as well.

I think a lot of people don't really comprehend the consequences of being 2 standard deviations below the norm

When Jon Stewart asked Peter Schiff about the minimum wage law and if jobs should exist for $3/hour Peter said sure. Jon Stewart asks who would do those type jobs and Peter says "maybe retarded people''? Which people were appalled at the answer but growing up I knew quite a few locals who were retarded guys who worked in my area. Grocery bagger, ymca maintenance guy, et. Everyone loved these guys and those guys felt valued by there emolyer. They seemed super happy. Sorry if this seemed off topic its just funny/f'd up how offended people get when you give them a perfectly good answer. Forcing the employer to pay them more resulting in them not having a job at all would be a much better approach in their eyes I assume.
