Sabras Posted January 10, 2016 Posted January 10, 2016 http://www.cambridgebrainsciences.com/ You can take tests in order to assess your memory, reasoning, concentration and planning. I'm scoring top points in reasoning and concentration, memory however is a big problem for me. Let me know how you guys do! P.s - anyone know whether there is a way to improve short/long term memory? Always been struggling with it. 2
Guest Gee Posted January 11, 2016 Posted January 11, 2016 I believe you can get short term / working memory improvements from regular, progressively harder n-back and/or duel n-back games. Other than that I think healthy eating, exersize and just generally challenging yourself intellectually. 1
algernon Posted January 11, 2016 Posted January 11, 2016 Some of those are a lot of fun, some not so much. Apparently I need to somehow figure out how to capitalize on my ability to plan ahead! Memory is about what I expected it to be, middle of the road. Though I think memory is one of the more trainable ones.
RCali Posted January 18, 2016 Posted January 18, 2016 Thank you so much, for sharing this. I'll be using it every day, as well as my girlfriend.
