lewallent Posted July 13, 2016 Posted July 13, 2016 In one of his videos he mentions a fun game to play where you back track your train of thought as far back as you can. Does anyone know of a book or collection of similar games like this. I remember growing up one time and a friend and his family would play a game where someone would say a sentence and the others would try and move the words around to make a different sentence with the same works.
MysterionMuffles Posted July 15, 2016 Posted July 15, 2016 Hmm...I used to draw different faces on a piece of paper and ask my niece when she was 2 years old to identify the emotions. She easily understood happy, sad, mad, and even bored when I introduced that new one to her. It helped her verbalize her feelings up to this day! 1
Tibor Posted September 20, 2016 Posted September 20, 2016 I wear a calculator watch, and do 2-3 digit division in my head to see how many decimals I can calculate to. then check on my watch.
algernon Posted October 4, 2016 Posted October 4, 2016 Duel N back training may be somewhat beneficial, if nothing else it'll give you a barometer of your current state.
